Publisher of Fiction for Today’s Independent Woman

Where heroes are like chocolate - irresistible!

Established in 2008, Choc Lit is an independent publisher, specialising in quality fiction for today’s independent woman, where the writing clearly develops the hero’s point of view.

Not surprisingly, we believe that the enjoyment of a good read is enhanced by the taste of chocolate.

Our debut novel, The Importance of Being Emma by Juliet Archer, was short-listed for two awards including the Melissa Nathan Award for Comedy Romance 2009.

Our second title, Starting Over, reached number 3 in the Top 20 Small Publishers List. It was also the best selling book of its genre when it went on sale in WH Smith Travel, outselling top women authors.
